CUSTOM CHALKBOARD FAQ Do you accept on-site commissions? Yes.  I am available for travel and have a flexible schedule.  Email me with your project details, location, time frame, etc... I will work up a custom quote for you.  I work with large coporations, small companies, and just about anyone willing to pay on-site commission fees + travel expenses. How much does a customized chalkboard cost? My standard 18”x24” board using one of my existing designs as a template runs $119.00 and includes shipping anywhere in the continental USA.  To receive a quote for a custom size, smaller or larger than my standard, email me or fill out the custom quote form. Do you accept orders from outside of the USA? Not at this time. What size is the chalkboard? My standard size is 18”x24” and will drop into a standard open back frame. Will the design wipe away? No, unless you scrub hard.  Anything that is white on your board is actually white acrylic paint, I rough it up and paint it on in a certain way to make it look like chalk.  I can also create your chalk project in other mediums, actual chalk for temporary on-site displays, grease pencil for large on-site displays, etc... I can develop a method to suit your needs that still looks like chalk. How do I order a board? You can visit my etsy shop to place an order, or contact me at cj@customchalk.com How long does it take to get my personalized chalkboard? Normal turn around is about three weeks total.  It can get up to four weeks during wedding season, January-June.  If you need me to rush your board just let me know. Can I order a different size?  Yes.  I can ship boards that are up to 24”x36” email me with your needs, cj@customchalk.com Do I get to see a concept before you paint the board? Yes.  After you order I will chalk up a rough for you to look at and approve.  I will make revisions if needed.  Once you approve the layout I will paint it up. Where are you located?  Spring Hill, Tennessee. Can I pick my board up and save some cash?  Yes.  If you are in the middle Tennessee area you can order your board at Vintage Junky at 309 Hardin Alley in Spring Hill.  You can pick it up from the same location.  Email me for the current local rate.  It’s cheaper because I don’t have to pay shipping, packaging, etsy fees or CC fees unless you pay by CC in the shop. Can I see your work in person?  Yes.  My wife has several of my pieces on display at her shop, Vintage Junky in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Other questions?  Email me.
